Empowerment in Action : Join Us as a Case Manage r at Capable Adolescent Mother’s Home in Cinnaminson, NJ! The ideal candidate is professionally passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of adolescent mothers between the ages of 14 and 21 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless.
Capable Adolescent Mothers (CAM) Home is a residential program designed to provide five adolescent mothers, between the ages 14 to 21 with a safe and stable living environment, parenting education, life skills training, educational support, and counselling services to help them build foundations for success. The little ones of our CAM residents also receive care and support, including early childhood education and developmental screenings. The goal is to empower young mothers to become self-sufficient and create a better future for themselves and their families.

Responsibilities :
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Case Manager is responsible for the assessment of referrals and case management from admissions to discharge / follow-up; The Case Manager also serves as an advocate for consumers and liaisons with community providers, schools, DCP&P and courts. He / she is responsible for group facilitation, staff and on-call supervision.
