Job Description
BYU-Pathway Worldwide provides educational opportunities for individuals all throughout the world. We are currently hiring in for an LATAM Assistant in our Latin America department.
Important: You must be able to speak and write fluently in Spanish. This is a paid (remote/hybrid) student-employee position. Occasional uncompensated travel to the BYU-Pathway headquarters in downtown Salt Lake City may be required. By applying for this position, you are indicating that you are currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, are willing to physically reside and perform the work in Utah or Idaho, and be attending a Church Education System school (BYU-Pathway Worldwide, Ensign College, BYU, BYU-Idaho, BYU-Hawaii) during their time as a student employee with BYU-Pathway Worldwide.
Students work a consistent 20-hour-a-week schedule between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday–Friday. This position is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Prepare agenda for and take notes during weekly meetings
- Assist the Area Managers with travel arrangements and credit card expense reconciliation
- Assist potential students with enrollment and answer additional questions
- Create and send out weekly reports to missionaries
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel (tables and graphs)
- Ability to connect with potential student base
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Flexibility to work on multiple projects as assigned
- Availability in both daytime and evening
