Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to provide administrative and organizational support to Lucy's Hearth. This role involves project management, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, and communicating effectively with individuals and families affected by homelessness and trauma exposure.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects, ensure timely completion, and meet objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and staff members
- Communicate effectively, manage conflicts, and negotiate successfully
- Organize self and others, work independently, and take initiative
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; related education or years of experience considered
- Strong project management skills required
- Experience working with vulnerable populations a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
