As an operations professional, you create and optimize the path for meaningful work to be done that enables us to build great experiences for our employees. In this role, you’ll be the subject matter expert behind how we plan, execute, and optimize our project operations through structured portfolio management. You’ll help our teams bring the Talent & Development experiences to life through effective resource management and streamlined operational processes.

What You’ll Do For Us
- Project & Program Architect. You’ll ensure there is an efficient and effective framework for seamless team collaboration, communication and documentation across delivery, strategy, and 3rd party teams and that initiatives have a consistent approach and methodology in measuring project health, risk, capacity, and outcomes.
- Team Connector and Coach. As the leader of Project & Program managers, you’ll coach and connect your team to the resources and experiences needed to upskill their capabilities and allow them to Thrive.
- Business Strategist. To drive great experiences, we need the infrastructure to meet our people where they are. Your expertise in budgeting, prioritization, and both agile and waterfall development will be leveraged in the on-going execution of our annual business plans and routines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA would be a plus.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project/program management, operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading project and program management teams.
- Strong background in both agile and waterfall development methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps).
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of project health metrics, risk management, and capacity planning.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) are beneficial.
