As a Project Manager within the T&D Experience team, you will lead the planning and execution of Talent & Development initiatives designed to unlock the power of our people. What You’ll Do For Us
- Execution Expert. You’ll lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the planning and execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to approved scope. You will also conduct resource and capability planning for your projects and continuously align with leadership stakeholders on work priorities and capacity constraints.
- Communicator & Connector. When leading a project, you’re responsible for effectively communicating overall progress of the projects in your portfolio with team members and leadership stakeholders. You understand how to craft effective project dashboards and presentations to communicate updates, progress, and risks.
- Human-centric Agilist. You are fluent in agile and scrum methodologies and bring that thought leadership to our ways of working and delivering meaningful experiences to our employees. You identify areas of improvement to our processes and execution and can both build and facilitate workshops to collaborate with partners on continuous improvement efforts.
- 3 years’ experience in a corporate environment, including experience in project coordination / management.
- B.S or B.A degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience leading projects using Agile or Scrum methodology.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and with other business/technology groups within an organization.
- Ability to adjust to changes and set priorities to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates comfort in a fast-paced, delivery execution environment where priorities shift frequently.
- Must have a thorough understanding of project management concepts and techniques, using a variety of methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of personnel (developers, business teams, management).
- Proven ability to lead through others and to drive delivery teams to execute.
- Passionate with an aptitude to quickly learn new and emerging technologies.
- Self-starter willing to jump into difficult situations.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) are beneficial.

Salary : $97,300 - $119,000
