Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Design, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, Google Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance digital marketing and communication effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor and grow a digital marketing and communication systems team to support overall revenue goals
- Foster a collaborative environment and develop team members’ skills to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for communication and marketing innovation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
