ASSOCIATE WEALTH ADVISOR

Position Summary
The Associate Wealth Advisor is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a planning-centric team of advisors to design, build, and protect the financial dreams of clients. This individual will partner with a Wealth Advisor to care for client relationships by actively participating in the financial planning process to address retirement, risk management, estate, and tax considerations. In addition, this individual will be responsible for managing the database of client information and requests, a resource to articulate our investment philosophy, and organizer of best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Learn and understand our investment philosophy, with a working knowledge of all offerings to clients
- Support advisors by monitoring client asset allocations, rebalancing portfolios, trade recommendations and submissions, and tax gain or loss harvesting recommendations and submissions
- Familiarity with recommended 401(k)s - work with research team to analyze client 401(k)s and create recommended allocations for advisors
- Utilize planning software programs to analyze client portfolios and generate reports for advisors
- Diligent recording of client communication in CRM programs and other software programs, as needed
- Facilitate the wealth management consulting process through the preparation and follow-up of each step in the process including creation and implementation of client financial plans
- Generate reports, models, and analysis for review meetings utilizing appropriate software programs
- Work with advisors to update and maintain wealth management presentation materials
- Assist advisors with necessary follow-up with clients in order to update and maintain financial plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years financial planning experience
- Series 65
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; team-orientated approach
- Knowledge of financial industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts
- Clean U4

This position is an Exempt role. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $95,000 - $105,000/yr. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
