Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our salon services and products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining client relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them with inquiries, bookings, and product recommendations to enhance their salon experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Customer Service:
- Engage with potential and existing clients to promote salon services and retail products.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to schedule appointments and respond to customer questions.
- Recommend salon products and services tailored to clients' needs, and drive upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and customer service.
- Maintain detailed client records to track preferences and ensure repeat business.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with clients post-appointment to ensure they are satisfied with their services and to encourage repeat visits.
- Handle any customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the salon team to ensure smooth operations and positive client experiences.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, sales opportunities, and ways to improve services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to learn and recommend salon products and services.
- Basic knowledge of salon services and trends in the beauty industry is a plus.
- Experience with booking systems or CRM software is an advantage.
