Description
The Senior Accountant will ensure company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting practices; including the oversight of transaction recordings, account analysis and financial reporting. This position is FLSA Exempt, and reports to the Director of Accounting.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Create, record and post General Ledger Journal Entries;
- Process monthly Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations
- Oversee and/or perform Bank Reconciliations
- Oversee and/or process monthly revenue billings
- Assist with Development of Budgets for the organization, programs and/or contracts
- Monthly Financial Statement review (Actual Forecast vs Budget)
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Alignment with TCG's values and mission;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required;
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting;
- Strong Microsoft and Excel skills;
- Excellent attention to detail.
