The Community Supports Network, Inc.(CSN), is a strengths-based, multi-state organization whose mission it is to support people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs to reach their goals to live, to work, and to contribute to their community.
As a strengths-based organization, CSN believes our best opportunity for success comes from identifying and developing people’s natural talents into strengths. More than 50 years of scientific study informs our leadership and development approach to employee engagement. Our most successful Program Coordinators (PC) are strong in motivating others, overcoming challenges and solving complex problems. They accept accountability and responsibility for themselves and their team. They build positive, engaging relationships with and among their team members.
The PC ensures high quality services are being provided and are reflective of CSN’s mission, principles and goals. The PC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. PC also coordinates meetings and activities with team members, guardians and service coordinators to develop and maintain positive individual support programming for people receiving services.
