Design, support, install, and maintain local area network, wide area network, and wireless network components
Provide direction and recommendations regarding network configurations and installations
Configure or upgrade network components
Coordinate network changes and communicate with impacted stakeholders
Perform project work to update or replace network equipment
Troubleshoot complex network connectivity issues
Work on and maintain hardware components as needed, including firewalls, load balancers, routers, switches and access points
Mentor and support associates in daily tasks and troubleshooting
Work with other organizations where appropriate to assist in the resolution of infrastructure-related problems
