LOCATION : Arlington, VA (hybrid : minimum three days in-office)
JOB HIGHLIGHTS
The Administrative Services Manager will manage the administrative functions and activities of the Funds Arlington office, provide key support to senior leadership, and support the HR team. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and will take ownership of Arlington office administrative operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Manage all Arlington office administrative operations including but not limited to maintaining the appearance of the Arlington office, maintaining office supplies, overseeing facility maintenance and serving as liaison to building management, managing equipment and supply vendors, sending and distributing mail, and routing emails and voicemails appropriately to TCF staff.
- Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports for identified senior leaders.
- Maintain calendars and make travel arrangements for identified senior leaders.
- Schedule, manage agendas and record minutes for Officer and Executive Committee meetings.
- Manage and process invoices for office and HR expenses.
- Support special events in Arlington office and occasional external locations.
- Maintain records in appropriate systems.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000, and the position is eligible for opportunities to earn performance-based bonus compensation. Please note : Salary range provided is an estimate and will be evaluated on an individual basis, taking into consideration the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education. The final salary offer will be determined accordingly.
