Key Responsibilities
- Set the Board : Strategically schedule service technicians to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Communicate with customers to assess their service needs and schedule appointments.
- Notify employees of their assignments and keep them informed throughout the day.
- Capable of effectively managing and coordinating schedules for 8-12 field employees.
- Review and manage work orders, ensuring accurate documentation of completed services.
- Receive and route check-in calls from field employees and assign their next tasks.
- Maintain detailed repair records in the customer database for seamless service history tracking.
- Create and deliver reports as needed for dispatch and service performance.
- Update customers regularly and in a timely manner.
- Ability to track daily revenue.
