Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling and dispatching, to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
- Supervise future administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Coordinate vendor management processes, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
- Develop and manage office budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Implement training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills are essential.
- Experience in supervising teams and managing vendor relationships is advantageous.
- Proficiency in budgeting processes and training development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with clerical duties and general office procedures is beneficial.
