Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette, ensuring a professional and efficient work environment. As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising staff, managing office resources, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and clients.

Service Titan experience is a plus. Proficiency in Excel, Teams, Email, QuickBooks Online, and Adobe E-sign is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling and dispatching, to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Supervise future administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
  • Coordinate vendor management processes, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships.
  • Develop and manage office budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Implement training and development programs for staff to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary materials as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills are essential.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing vendor relationships is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in budgeting processes and training development is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties and general office procedures is beneficial.
  • Management: 3 years or equivalent (Required)
  • Ability to commute
