Rayco Exteriors is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Painter to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in painting and waterproofing, with the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, discipline, and consistency in exceeding client expectations. Our Painters work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and the Director of Operations to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Be on-site and ready to work by 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM; occasional overtime may be required depending on job demands.
- Perform repairs in an efficient, cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of work.
- Document repairs through photos and provide status updates to supervisors.
- Bring your own tools and transportation to job sites.
- Monitor job site safety, security, and cleanliness on a daily basis.
- Report any issues outside the scope of work, such as damages or necessary change orders, to the Superintendent / Project Manager.
- Communicate any delays, accidents, emergencies, or requests from clients to the Superintendent / Project Manager.
