Job Summary

Freedom Home Advantage is looking for a hands-on Renovation Lead to manage and execute rental turnovers and residential renovations across our properties and investor-owned properties. In this role, you'll be responsible for completing high-quality remodeling work while also overseeing subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and up to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on renovation work, including:
• Drywall repair and finishing
• Painting and trim carpentry
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• General handyman tasks and punch-out work
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed on time and up to quality standards
• Manage daily operations and execute predetermined scopes of work efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve job-site challenges to keep projects moving
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Proven experience in residential renovations and rental turnovers, particularly with trim work, drywall, and painting
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, oversee job-site activities, and ensure schedules are met
• Strong problem-solving ability to resolve job-site issues without delays
• Reliability and organizational skills to take ownership of projects and keep them running efficiently
