What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Worship Coordinator position at The Cove Church?
The Campus Worship Coordinator will be a part of our Worship team that serves primarily at one Cove Church Campus. This will include collaborating on creating an environment where people encounter the presence of God, including, but not limited to Weekend Services. All Staff are tasked with helping the mission of our church to Introduce our friends to Jesus, Learn to follow Him, and Celebrate His Presence in our lives.

Primary Responsibilities
- Carrying the vision, ideation, and development of The Cove through the Worship ministry.
- Collaborate with Worship and Production Teams on planning and implementation of worship services.
- Contribute to weekend worship services on the Worship Team.
- Communication and care for Campus Worship Team.
- Primary voice for campus worship needs.
- Participate in biweekly Worship Team meetings.
- Participate in weekly campus meetings.
- Participate in special events (funerals, weddings, etc. as assigned).
- Lead and oversee worship for campus student service and events.
- Develop in relevant skill sets (vocal, instrumental, production).
- Assist with building a collaborative culture with campus team, central team, and church leadership.
- Develop volunteers through coaching in giftings (vocal, instruments, etc.).
- Complete various tasks/projects at the campus (set builds, special events).
Personal Responsibilities
- Live a life worthy of the calling as taught in Ephesians 4.
- Live the Mission of The Cove Church, Values, and 5 Habits.
- Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of The Cove Church employees, as defined by The Ministry Policy Manual and Staff Handbook.
- Faithfully tithing consistently at least 10% of all personal income to God’s work through The Cove Church.
