The Covery is a new recovery and wellness spa concept which blends the world of aesthetics, athletic recovery, and overall wellness. We are seeking outgoing, business-minded, and customer service driven Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This is your opportunity to take an active role in assisting individuals on their health and wellness journey.
The person in this position must be excellent in customer service, friendly and genuinely interested in the and needs of others. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in high volume Spa environment
- Be responsible for ensuring that accounts are accurate and that profits are consistent including updating and maintaining billing records and accounts, including customer payment history and upcoming payments
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, other employees, and clients
- Apply to deliver strong customer service
- Always represent the organization in a positive and professional manner
- Checking clients in and out of the spa
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
- Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5 years proven experience in customer service
- Experience with MBO highly preferred
- Passion for creating customer experiences with above and beyond service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and ability to use various computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email systems; MBO experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task a must.
