Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
- QuickBooks Updates/Management
- Classification of expenses
- Running Payroll
- Budgeting
- Financial reporting
- Bank Reconciliations
- Maintenance of financial statement forecasting spreadsheet
- Human Resource management (Reviews, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Goals)
- Benefits Administration for a team of 8
- Answering Phones
- Contract Preparation
- Proofreading, Supporting Staff
- Scheduling
- Working with CPA Firm
Skills and Experience Required
- Experience in Bookkeeping
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level of Experience
- Moderate to proficient skills in excel
- QuickBooks experience
