EA to Founders (Boutique Design Studio)

About The Role:

Our client, an internationally recognized, and sought after boutique design studio known for its timeless and simplistic approach are looking for a highly communicative and adaptable EA to support the company’s Founders from their stunning Manhattan studio.

Within this role, you will manage the daily schedules and routines of the founders, acting as the main point of communication. You will ensure seamless coordination between the founders, clients, studio and other stakeholders, keeping all parties informed and aligned. This role will include travel management, administrative & finance support and will require the running of personal errands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage diaries and schedules of the founders
• Manage inboxes and communication for founders where needed
• RSVP for events and arrange meetings as requested
• Make reservations as required
• Manage travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, visas etc
• Manage all travel expenses, credit card reconciliations and personal finances where needed
• Assist founders with technical maintenance, support and password issues
• Set up conference calls and meeting, ensuring a timely kick off
• Provide personal EA support where needed, assisting with family calls, paperwork, travel and events

Key Skills/Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to prioritise tasks
• Highly organised in your approach
• Effective team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Skilled in using Zoom and Apple devices (iPhone, iPad)
• Approachable, communicative and positive in your approach
