Dog Caregivers
We’re expanding and in search of dog lovers to join our team! Multiple open positions are now available. We help families, and their pups live the good life! Delivering formative obedience training, daily play, and overnight boarding with door-to-door service to our 130 acre Putnam Valley facility.
DOG CARE COUNSELOR
Counselors engage our dogs in games and activities, and maintain the cleanliness of their play areas, to ensure the safety and comfort of all our campers. Successful candidates must be able to manage groups of dogs, exercise good judgment, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to keep everything clean. Evening and Weekend positions available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with playgroups. Feed, water, and clean up after all dogs. Help maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Constantly interact with dogs and clearly communicate any that may require attention.
- Help maintain a clean and odor-free facility; provide a calm stress free environment.
Prior experience in a dog care facility is preferred, but the willingness to learn and a positive attitude is all that is required. These positions report to the Camp Manager and can lead to additional growth opportunities within the company.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
