The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor manages, develops, and implements strategies following company policies and procedures ensuring the efficient maintenance of all Dollywood Parks & Resorts assets and infrastructure in compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsible for the daily scheduling and workload of the resort’s facility maintenance team.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of maintenance senior techs and hosts following company policies and state/federal regulations.
- Ensure appropriate maintenance of Dollywood equipment and rental equipment.
- Able to troubleshoot and come up with maintenance solutions.
- Complete work requests, work orders, special projects, P&L reviews, development and implementation of applicable PER's and budgets as approved.
- Develop and coach maintenance hosts to meet required goals while focusing on consistent improvement.
- Effectively and efficiently utilizing resources to ensure that completion dates and budget or allocation targets are attained.
- Ensure proper scheduling of employees and job assignments; fill in when necessary.
- Identifies staff development and training needs to grow professionally and assume greater responsibilities and ensures that training is obtained.
- Assist in ensuring appropriate maintenance for all buildings, walkways, fences, and related utility infrastructure outside of day-to-day operating needs.
- Ensure training of new hosts, resulting in understanding and compliance to their safety responsibilities and the Dollywood Company Safety Program.
- Maintain organized documentation of work performed and recommended maintenance.
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs and inspections are completed within a timely manner.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
- Practice Servant Leadership Management that ensures all employees are treated fairly and provides them with the information, training, encouragement, respect, discipline, and resources to do their jobs.
- Ensure that all new construction or modification of existing property is completed in accordance with engineering blueprints, architectural drawings, and artist renderings.

Education and Experience Required
- High school diploma or GED required/College Degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in capital planning, construction contract negotiation, and project supervision with annual projects of at least $2MM preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience overseeing maintenance of theme park major attractions, or similar industrial experience preferred.
- Minimum of five years’ experience supervising at least 4 direct reports with demonstrated servant leadership skills including motivating, coaching, counseling, leveling, conducting disciplinary actions, and providing positive feedback
- Must have a valid TN Driver’s License with current automobile insurance and be able to drive company vehicles as required.
- Must successfully complete a background check including motor vehicle and pre-employment drug screen.
