What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oyster Shucker position at The Dynamo Room?
Dynamo Room is hiring experienced Oyster Shuckers to join our opening team. Sunday Hospitality is opening The Dynamo Room, an American Steakhouse and Oyster Bar at the end of March. Training begins mid March.
Responsibilities:
- Shuck and prepare oysters efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation.
- Keep the oyster station clean, stocked, and organized.
- Provide excellent service to guests, answering questions about oysters and making recommendations.
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in oyster shucking or seafood preparation is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of oysters and seafood is a bonus.
Salary : $22 - $25
