Position Summary:
To support management in general human resource management capacity and related reporting for Stormville, NY location. Serve as the safety recordkeeper to ensure compliance with applicable employment standards. Provide broad administrative support for all functions in the organization.
Essential Functions:
HR Administration Responsibilities:
- Generates official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
- Creates onboarding plans and educates newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
- Leads the annual benefits open enrollment process.
- Aids management in the execution of periodic employee performance evaluation processes and appraisal of corresponding pay scales.
- Aids management with progressive discipline actions.
- Owns and administers employee recognition and wellness programs.
- Completes regulatory employee filings, including but not limited to EEOC.
- Generates and provides management with HR-related reporting.
Employment Services Responsibilities:
- Maintains physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
- Ensures accurate time and attendance capture from supervisors and managers for payroll processing.
- Provides information and answers employee questions about employment and payroll related matters.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
