Responsibilities include
- Review and route newly inputted patient cases to appropriate scheduling & patient access workflows
- Initiate eligibility verifications
- Initiate benefit checks
- Calculate patient pay estimates
- Search portals to uncover missing insurance
- Monitor payer portal for prior authorization request updates and post to EMR
- Answering phones
- Scanning documents into EMR
- Check-in patients
- Collect patient responsibility
- Set up payment plans
- Download CGM / Pumps
- and much more
Position is Part-time or possible Full time - after 90 day probation period - Full Time only -health/vision/dental/401K, paid vacation, sick time, standard Holidays.

2 Years Work Experience. Must be a fast learner, self starter, reliable, MULTI-TASKER and honest.
