**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to ensure exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house staff
- Supervise and train front of house employees
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Implement and maintain quality standards for service
**Skills:**
- Previous experience as a FOH manager or in a supervisory role
- Proficiency with TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling procedures
- Strong shift management abilities
- Familiarity with inventory control practices
- Bartending skills are a plus
- Experience in hotel or restaurant management is advantageous
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
