Description
The key function of this role is lead as COE ambassador for strategic drivers of Selling-related categories and KPIs that can be used to provide direction to leaders to make regional selling-related and employee cost decisions across the region / brands. The Director Selling / POS Analytics, North America will provide brand partners in-depth analyses of key benchmarks within demonstration to drive retail sales and efficiencies within costs while leading budget forecasting across selling driving insights / results. This role will identify opportunities to transform analysis and processes partnering with stakeholders across the region.
Responsibilities : Strategic Analysis
- Challenge the status quo and seek continuous incremental improvements on existing processes to help drive more efficient and accurate analysis for the region.
- Initiate and direct strategic projects with cross-functional partners that that focus on streamlining and improving processes to increase efficiencies, reporting accuracy, and capabilities.
- Drive analytics on productivity and / or FTE management to help drive retail sales and efficiencies working in collaboration with key business partners.
- Align with Channel leads on budget assumptions and KPIs for major key account costs and FTE at a door level.
