Job Details
We are seeking Desktop Support to provide exceptional technical support via in-person at the Walk-Up Desk. The Desktop Support Specialist will resolve basic Windows and Mac problems including application errors, system crashes, and network connectivity issues.
Required Experience (3 years):
- Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting Mac OS & iOS devices.
- Experience providing technical support in person with excellent customer service
- Experience with installing, operating, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Mac operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with iPad troubleshooting
- Knowledge of asset management
- Computer hardware troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Remedy, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SCCM and Intune.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft O365 Suite including, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with documentation and ticket management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Walk-up queue ticket management.
- Manage inventory of computer equipment and peripherals used at the Walk-Up Desk.
- Windows and MacBook troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot, reset, and prepare iPads for redeployment.
- Loaner equipment deployment.
- Laptop and Desktop warranty calls.
- Answer user's IT questions.
- Deliver friendly excellent customer service.
- Assist with other related tasks where needed.
