SAF Production Supervisor

Lead the Charge in Building Quality Exhibit Structures

Are you ready to lead a dedicated team in producing high-quality exhibit structures? The Expo Group is seeking a SAF Production Supervisor to oversee the assembly and production process, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient work output. Based in our Irving, Texas office, this role will play a vital role in coordinating with various departments and ensuring the timely, efficient, and accurate assembly of exhibit structures for trade shows and events.

In this role you will:

• Delegate work to keep the crew busy throughout the day.
• Print work orders and check build sheets for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Operations to bridge onsite and warehouse processes.
• Work with the Production Manager to plan work and labor projections.
• Answer SAF-related questions from the Customer Service and Project Management teams.
• Train new employees and assist the SAF production team with any questions.

What You Bring to The Expo Group:

• Educational Foundation: High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including leading and delegating work to a team.
• Credentials: Forklift certification or experience required (can be obtained after hire).
• Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and leadership skills, proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, CUBE), and knowledge of hand tools and assembly drawings.
