Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated person with great customer service and office skills to join our fun team. This person needs to thrive on interacting with people as well as enjoy being around animals. We prefer the candidate to have some customer service experience, but we will consider all extroverted applicants who can help make our customer service experience phenomenal.
In the role of CSR, you will be our primary point of contact for clients. You will answer and handle phone calls, greet clients in person, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, enforce clinic policies, and maintain proper client documents. You will also handle accounts receivable: create client invoices, accept payments, balance accounts receivable, and prepare bank deposits. You will work closely with our team to ensure each client and their pet receives the attention and care they need. Your goal will be to help manage organization in a sometimes hectic environment. You will also maintain a clean, organized, welcoming reception/lobby area.
Qualifications
- 18 years old
- High School Diploma or Equivalent if Home-Schooled
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook helpful
- Dependable with Reliable Transportation
- 2 years Job Experience (in any field) or College Education preferred, but not required
- Must be able to pass Drug Test and Background Check
- Must possess excellent basic Math (arithmetic) skills and Grammar/Spelling skills - Skills Tests may be given
