General Job Description
The Family Resource Center (FRC) is looking for a passionate and dedicated person to fill the role of Program Manager. The FRC is looking for an individual who is community- oriented, innovative, and highly reliable to lead and enhance our programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the program assistant and volunteers, managing marketing and social media efforts, issuing donation receipts, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring the successful execution of FRC programs. Additionally, this role will support fundraising initiatives and fulfill other duties as assigned by the board. The Program Manager is also expected to attend quarterly board meetings and provide monthly reports on the community impact of the FRC.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze and grow program offerings of the FRC including the clothing exchange, Tree of Love, school supply giveaway, clothing and baby items giveaway, hygiene cupboard, diaper program, assistive resources, child abuse prevention resources, and more.
- Interact with and serve families who visit the Family Resource Center.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners including our relationship with surrounding counties.
- Track and analyze program utilization, donors, and volunteer hours using appropriate technology.
- Market the FRC using social media, radio, newspaper, and other appropriate outlets.
- Develop new program offerings and volunteer opportunities for the FRC.
- Assist the board with fundraising efforts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
