The Farm at Natchez Trace is a locally owned luxury pet resort for dogs and cats, located on Hwy 96 near Bellevue and Fairview. We're excited to be celebrating our 20th year in business and looking for a Front Desk Supervisor. The position is Full-time (40 hours/week) Thursday thru Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday off each week). The hours are 9:45 am to 6:15 pm. Availability during holidays/high demand periods is required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support & supervision to the front desk team, ensuring that all protocols are followed and tasks accomplished in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent client relations & resolve any issues promptly
- Handle Pre-Opening and Post-Closing Duties
- Perform Check-Ins, Check-Outs and reservations
- Answer phone with a courteous, informative, positive attitude. Respond accurately to all questions posted by potential clients and be able to obtain all information necessary to make reservations for all services.
- Handle dogs and cats of various sizes and breeds
- Maintain strong and supportive relationships with all departments.
- Conduct tours of the facility and answer questions pertaining to the history and all features and amenities
- Respond promptly to any concerns regarding the health of a canine or feline guest and communicate with the pet owner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience
- Front desk experience
- A customer focused mindset with excellent verbal and written communications
- Positive, energetic and enthusiastic
- Must be comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats
- Must be detail oriented, with excellent follow-up skills
- Able to bend, squat and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be proficient with computers and comfortable learning a new software system
- Must be able to properly and accurately handle monetary transactions, including reservation deposits, balances, tips, discounts, etc.
