OPERATION SERVICES CLERK I
The Operation Services department is seeking an individual to fill the position of Operation Services Clerk. This person will initially begin cross training in all facets of the Operation Services department. Future activities will be dependent upon the skills of the person accepting the position, the needs of the department, and how quickly the person learns the duties.
Representative Duties:
Daily reconcilement of all Bank applications; Correspondent Bank reconciliations; Debit Card processing and maintenance support; Bank cash position management; Wire Transfers and FedLine Advantage; ACH processing; Data Entry verification for Debit Cards, CD, and IRA applications; Statement Processing; Customer support; Exception/Unposted item handling; Overdrafts; Process Electronic Fund Transfers Error Resolution claims; Backup for other staff members as needed; work on special projects; and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Qualifications
Must be knowledgeable of Bank products, procedures, and operations
College degree in Business, Accounting, or related field is preferred, or equivalent years of experience in Bank operations or similar financial functions.
