We are currently seeking a Lead Bartender to oversee bar operations, elevate our cocktail menu, and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale cocktail bar setting
- Proven expertise in craft cocktail creation, spirits knowledge, and drink presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire bar staff
- A hospitality-first mindset with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house and culinary teams
- Knowledge of seasonal ingredients, infusion techniques, and current beverage trends
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining bar compliance
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily bar operations and uphold the highest standards of service
- Curate and innovate a rotating cocktail menu that complements our seasonal dishes
- Provide training and ongoing development for bar staff
- Ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
- Engage with guests, offering expert recommendations and personalized experiences

Pay: $7.33 - $9.50 per hour
