Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, inside sales, product promotion, scheduling, logistics, and team management. A background of military service is a plus as we value the discipline and leadership that military experience brings to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage inside sales activities, including customer outreach, lead generation, and account management.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including sales, construction, logistics, and marketing to ensure project success.
- Promote products and services to clients, ensuring that they are well-informed and satisfied with their choices.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and adjust timelines as needed.
- Handle logistical coordination, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and labor.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the project, including managing personnel and contractors, and homeowners.
- Lead and mentor teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to upper management and clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
