Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage office supply inventory and ensure that the office runs smoothly.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain and organize files and documents, both physical and electronic.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence and legal documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
