The Ford Agency is looking for Legal Recruiting Coordinator for a top East Coast law firm. The Coordinator will play an integral part with the HR Team handling the recruiting process for attorneys and staff and work in close collaboration with the Director of HR on hiring and initiative strategy. Responsibilities Include:
- Handle full cycle recruiting process for staff and attorney openings
- Assist with summer and fall recruiting programming, attending campus events
- Collaborate with HR Team, hiring managers, and practice group managers on hiring objectives
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least two years of recruiting experience within a law firm required
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management sills, ability to juggle competing priorities
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
