Responsibilities Include:
- Organize and facilitate development sessions
- Develop standards for trainings and reporting
- Engage with internal teams and management to develop plans and strategies
- Identify capability improvements and partner with external vendors for solutions
- Manage and analyze workplace surveys
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or Instructional Systems Design
- MA in similar field and SHRM or PHR certification, preferred
- 5 years working in organizational development and change management required
- Experience designing, developing, and executing surveys and programming
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and available to start immediately.
