The Ford Agency is currently seeking a professional Receptionist to manage the front desk of a global consulting firm. Our client is looking for a candidate who is well versed in being the first point of contact and can juggle the priorities of a busy front desk. This is a temp-to-hire role and is available immediately. Responsibilities Include:
- Managing main phone lines, general inbox, and all incoming guests
- Working with vendors and ordering/restocking supplies
- Assisting with meeting set up and onboarding of new employees
Qualifications Include:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and office phone systems
- High level of discretion
- Ability to work fully onsite
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and available to start immediately.
