Responsibilities:
Perform inpatient and outpatient blood draws, including STAT, emergency, and scheduled collections.
Ensure patient identity verification and accurate sample processing.
Maintain compliance with patient privacy safeguards and electronic health record documentation.
Handle sample preparation and lab submissions.
Identify and resolve collection or processing issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of recent Phlebotomy experience.
Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently.
Technical proficiency in phlebotomy procedures, safety, and sample handling.
Schedule:
Day & Evening Shifts: (6:30 AM - 8:30 PM, with shift variations)
No Night Shifts
Some weekend and holiday availability required
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $43.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
