Job Opportunity: Compensation Specialist (In-Office)
Location: Lincolnshire (In-office due to temporary employment)
Responsibilities:
- Review AAP/EEO categories for accurate assignment
- Lock editing on Offer Template
- Add and validate new field (job subfamily) in HCM
- Support Annual Compensation Planning (ACP) with audits/reporting
- Assign SOC designation
- Conduct Mid-year Minimum Wage Review and HCM Audit
- Prepare Headcount Report with new fields for premiums and discounts
- Create Knowledge Base Articles from existing resources
- Document processes as needed
- Create annual calendar of activities
- Audit ACP Playbook processes
- Handle Tier 1 People Team Cases
- Support global compensation survey management, ensuring data integrity and analysis
- Perform cost modeling for merit budget and salary structure design to remain market competitive
- Provide expertise on job leveling, evaluation, market pricing, internal equity, and competitive pay analysis
- Maintain compensation management software and reporting
- Proactively support annual rewards process, including planning, testing, auditing, analyzing pay for performance recommendations, and reviewing communications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of compensation experience require
Key Competencies and Skills:
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize efficiently and manage competing priorities
- Excellent time management skills to deliver upon goals in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
- Agile and innovative approach
