Location : Hybrid – Tampa, FL (In-office Tuesday, Thursday 1 floating day biweekly)
Pay : $30 / hr
Duration : 6 months (potential for extension based on performance)
Interview : 1-hour panel via Teams
Job Overview :
The HR Coordinator (Separations / Leave of Absence) supports HR services within the offboarding and leave management space. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of employee separations and leaves while maintaining compliance and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process and review employee leaves and separations in a shared services environment.
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance across HR systems (Workday, ADP).
- Manage HR policy administration through case management systems.
- Support offboarding activities and maintain HR records.
- Analyze and synthesize reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
