What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mailroom Clerk - Admin Assistant position at The Fountain Group?
Pay: $18-21/hr
Location: Onsite on Liberty St, 10005 - 8:30-4:30; 35-40 hours a week
Duration: 6 month contract initially
Description/Comment:
- Receiving legal documents (via process served, certified, regular mail, courier, etc.), sorting, batching, and scanning documents received
- Reconciliation and balancing to account for all SOP volume received daily.
- Team Office/mail-room experience required.
- 1-3 years customer service experience, professional appearance/communication in verbal and written skills.
- Experience with computers a must, Kodak scanner knowledge a plus, cross-training opportunities; typing 30-40 wpm; attention to detail, multi-tasker, fast-paced environment, team player, etc.
- Navigate Department of State Websites
- Microsoft Office
- Email Etiquette
