The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Marketing Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is FULLY REMOTE Details for the position are as follows :
Job Description :
Pay : $54-56.36 / hour to start!
Assignment Length : 6 months with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance & budget.
Shift : Monday - Friday, standard shift under EST or CST hours, 100% REMOTE
Responsibilities include :
Track industry trends and consult with Marketing teams from across Synchrony on best practices in Digital Marketing
Identify and develop key tactics and strategies for Digital Marketing, to ensure optimization and consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Ensure Synchrony Brand adherence and consistency throughout all communications
Serve as the primary resource to execute Digital Marketing campaigns for GPCC, working directly with Performance Marketing contacts, operating with an Agile mindset
Ownership, development, and maintenance of digital marketing assets for GPCC including landing pages, dApply, servicing platforms, mobile app, etc.
Development of content for use in digital properties
Partner with Analytics to track and communicate campaign performance, identify trends, and develop / alter segmentation, targeting and offer strategies for existing customer marketing based on insights
Work with Finance to develop campaign estimates and proformas to ensure profitable investment of marketing funds
Support throughout the PAR process to secure funding for Digital program execution
Support annual and ad-hoc research projects to capture the voice of customer and prospects. Utilize research findings to inform campaign planning and messaging.
Work together as needed with the rest of the GPCC team to provide support in other Marketing functional areas including Lifecycle & Acquisition
Partner with Sales and other cross-functional counterparts to support key initiatives
Work with Rewards IT, COPS, Performance Marketing, etc. to ensure proper fulfillment of any consumer offers associated with Digital campaigns
Own and manage the creation of PO's to support Digital Marketing campaigns; Track & maintain marketing budgets
Partner with creative agencies and internal Performance Marketing team to collaboratively execute GPCC Digital marketing campaigns
Maximize Growth and Optimize Returns across GPCC
Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned
Qualifications :
HS Diploma / GED Required with 6 years of experience in marketing. Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience Preferred.
Marketing experience in retail, financial services, credit card or payments industry.
Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Familiarity with Workfront, marketing tollgates, and ability to execute campaigns preferred.
