The successful candidate will also assist the dispensary's staff by helping customers find the right strains to match their specific needs and work with growers to ensure that all samples meet our high standards of quality. We strive to offer the absolute best customer service. We don't require previous I-502 experience or any background in related fields, but it is helpful. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, as well as a positive attitude and an interest in learning more about cannabis strains and products. Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your passion for cannabis and ability to communicate effectively will enhance the customer experience and promote a welcoming environment for both new and experienced users.

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring all items are accurately labeled.
• Process sales transactions using a cash register, including handling cash and debit card payments.
• Upsell additional products based on customer needs and preferences to enhance their experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for cannabis culture and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
