Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about our range of cannabis products. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while ensuring compliance with all regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

We don't require previous I-502 experience or any background in related fields, but it is helpful. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, as well as a positive attitude and an interest in learning more about cannabis strains and products. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized assistance in selecting cannabis products.
• Educate customers about various strains, products, and their effects to help them make informed decisions.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked display area, ensuring all products are accurately labeled and priced.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products and maintain accurate records as required.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong upselling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with state regulations.
