Duties

- Utilize Salesforce software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Participate in trade shows and other promotional events to showcase products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or outside sales roles.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Experience in retail sales or technology sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
