Job Summary:
The Digital Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient functioning of digital platforms and operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Systems & Platform Management:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital tools and platforms used by the organization (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, project management platforms).
- Ensure platforms are functioning properly, including coordinating updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Monitor digital workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
2. Operational Support:
- Provide technical and operational support to internal teams, ensuring they have the resources and training to effectively utilize digital systems.
- Work with department leaders to gather requirements, develop digital solutions, and implement best practices.
3. Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital-related projects, ensuring that deliverables meet deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with various teams (IT, marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless project integration across departments.
4. Data Management & Reporting:
- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of digital data from platforms (e.g., user engagement, system performance, operational KPIs).
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to optimize digital operations, recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Work closely with teams to ensure alignment of digital processes with overall business objectives.
6. Vendor & Stakeholder Communication:
- Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure the organization’s digital tools and services meet business requirements.
- Help manage digital service agreements and ensure the timely delivery of digital solutions from third-party vendors.
7. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving:
- Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to digital operations, working to resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Develop solutions for recurring issues to prevent future disruptions.
8. Training & Documentation:
- Create and update documentation, training materials, and guides for digital systems and reporting.
- Conduct training sessions for new users, helping them understand how to use digital tools and platforms effectively.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital operations, project management, or related fields.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, CMS, project management software, analytics tools).
- Experience in troubleshooting digital systems and supporting operational workflows.
· Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, tools, and operations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work across departments and with external vendors.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
· Technical Proficiency:
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).
- Comfortable with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies is a plus.
