Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology projects under the direction of the VP of IT and Digital.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as administrative and technical lead for the information technology department and related activities.
- Support and maintain all IT systems (multi-site), including business process software, telecommunications, networking infrastructure, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware.
- Understanding of networking, VOIP, server, storage and security technologies (including PCI) and best practices required.
- Directs technical documentation of hardware/software additions or changes.
- Provide ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing IT systems, procedures, usage, problems and productivity.
- Create methods for continued improvement in all aspects of IT activity, including use of standardized procedures and checklists for common tasks/questions.
- Develop and enforce company IT policies and procedures.
- Maintain data security/control environment and IT Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Plans.
- Remain current with regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Coaches, mentors, and supervises a small team.
- Manages IT vendors and contractors.
- Coordinates the management of on-call schedule and coordination with Help Desk and other departments on a daily basis to ensure acceptable customer service levels.
- Ensure users obtain professional, courteous, and timely support and service for existing IT systems to maximize their productivity.
- Develops and implement user training on an as-needed basis.
- Maintain existing and new IT vendor relationships and contracts.
- After hours work and on-call support are required.

Minimum Education & Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field A minimum of 5 years of experience within an information technology role

- Familiar with hosting & virtualization technologies, particularly VMWare

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills are required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised within all levels of the department and corporation
- Highly self-motivated and directed; with keen attention to detail
- Adept at problem solving, team building, priority setting, issue resolution and resource management
- Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
