Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Retail Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting GIANT Direct orders throughout the store, while maintaining all company service policies and established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Greeting all customers and providing prompt, courteous customer service
- Accurately matching all items from the customer's online shopping list
- Shopping multiple customer orders simultaneously using designated tools and equipment
- Substituting items for customers if requested
You'll also be responsible for assisting customers picking up orders at designated parking spots or drive-through, differentiating various types of produce merchandise, and bagging or packaging merchandise according to established company policies and procedures.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills. You should also be able to use computers and other communication systems required to perform job functions, and meet the ergonomic and physical requirements of the position.
